You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The artwork must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging. Fine art is fragile; original packaging is specifically designed to protect the piece during transit.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Custom Commissions: Pieces created specifically for you based on a personal request.
Digital Downloads: Any digital art or licenses.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address].
Please include photos of the damage and the outer packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement (if it is a print) or a full refund (if it is an original) at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Recommendation: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot refund items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Rejected: If the art is returned damaged or shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or deny the return.
